SNI is the first social landlord in France and asked to our course, ideas of services under the theme of “security”.
« Dear all » service is a platform coupled to an application. Its purpose is to create a link between the users of a same SNI building. The links initiated by the building’s application and home automation will enhance tenants’ security and save them money. Within 5 years, housing in a SNI building will also mean integrating a local community of inhabitants.
The application include three parts :
- consultation (water management, quittance, home data)
- network (events, messaging)
- notification (broken elevator, excessive
water consumption, etc)
(SNI conducted previous researches, thus we had to work them without being able to visit the site)

The “consultation” part aim to help an household to control its management. There, they can have access to their water consumption (technology owned by SNI)and bills and preferences of the household (aims/regulations/data).
Morever, they have a direct access with their tenants via different forms at their disposal. Emergency contacts are also joined.

Building a strong community within the building is the first goal of the app. Its by creating link between people that their security will increase by taking care of each others.
Thus, each household can create an event, share services (nursery, contacts,...), borrow tools or settle a collective purchase through the “network” part.

Each households will by notified:
- of any issues regarding commons part of the building which influence them (broken elavator, gardening work, visits)
- personal alert such as messages, package delivery, meetings,...
- on their water consumptions and expenses (could be settled daily, weekly or monthly).
