Title: Beyond RCA, november 2019.

Context: There are limited opportunities to get to know RCA students to collaborate (due to different campuses, schedules and isolations in various programs).

Challenge:  How might we enable RCA students to collaborate more and learn from each other?

Description:

During a one week Workshop on Collective Intelligence, at the Royal College of Art, we formed teams in order to use a new design tool developed for Nesta.

In my team, we were representing each school within RCA and start from this statement: that there are limited opportunities for collaboration with other students or that their are too rigid and not well communicated. Thus, How might we enable RCA students to collaborate more and learn from each other?
We developed BEYOND RCA, a platform inspired by the concept of Pokemon Go to be able to meet other students, share your projects, ideas and discover others’ thoughts.
The core idea is to reinforce the learning experience by supporting the one which is informal: the exchange within the network of students.

To support our concept, I designed a future atefarct: a New York Times Cover explaining why best start-ups in the world are led by RCA alumni. And this will happen thanks to Beyond RCA!
